Booking
Upon booking your wedding flowers you are agreeing to the value of your quote and the Terms and Conditions below.
Any increase in your order will be subject to the same Terms.

The prices given in any quotation are subject to change should you wish to change the style, floral materials or size of any designs.

A non-refundable £200.00 booking fee is required to secure the date and confirms the services to be provided. The deposit is payable to the bank account below. You will be sent a confirmation once this has been paid. If the booking fee/deposit has not been received within 1 month of the quote being sent then the booking will be released. This payment will be deducted from your final bill.

Payment
Full payment is required 1 month prior to the wedding. We have a final meeting/telephone conversation on or around this date to finalise everything and settle the balance. Your flowers are pre-ordered at this point so any changes after this may be subjected to additional fees and may not be possible depending on the scale of change.

Also due to the uncertainty of Brexit on the floristry trade, as importers from Europe we reserve the right to increase our prices to cover any taxes or tariffs that may be levied on us.

Cancellation charges
From booking until 6 months prior to event = loss of booking fee
3-6 months prior to event = 50% of balance and full booking fee
1-3 months = 75% of balance and full booking fee.
Up to 1 month = 100% of total.

Cancellation Insurance: We strongly recommend that you seek wedding cancellation insurance from a reputable provider in order to cover any loss of deposit or incurred cancellation fees.

Hired items
The company will charge for any hired items stated in your quote. All hired items (if any) must be returned to us within 1 week of the wedding, alternatively we will collect from the venue the following day. The hirer is responsible for the hire equipment from the time of delivery until collection and shall not sell, pledge, keep or otherwise deal with or part possession with the hired equipment. We do not charge a security deposit for hired items but we would expect you to fully cover the cost of replacing any lost or damaged items.

Liability
The company shall not be liable for any breach of copyrights, trademarks or rights of privacy or publicity relating to materials supplied by the customer. The company will not be held responsible for loss or damage as a result of a third party or environmental issues associated with the venue.

Where candles are incorporated within the design, ie. table displays etc, it is the customers responsibility to agree with the venue whether this is acceptable. The company will supply good quality candles but cannot be held responsible should the venue deem it unsafe, at the time for them to be lit, or if any damage to items or persons occur.

We reserve the right to photograph and reproduce pictures of our work for marketing purposes. We will not put pictures on social media (Facebook etc) until we confirm with you. If you do not want us to use your pictures, please let us know at time of booking.

Booking fee (£200.00) Deposit payment is deemed acceptance of our terms.
